With the traffic industry changing rapidly to a more technical environment, we saw a need to meet our customer's demands with technical support for our products. That being said, McCain is proud to announce the addition of our Technical Service Group. This group is made up of 12 employees with over 100 years of combined experience all dedicated to your Customer Service needs. They specialize in helping the customer with turning on new intersections, installing communication equipment, upgrading or installation of Advanced Traffic Management Systems, troubleshooting, training, advice, and more. Our fleet of ever expanding service trucks is on the road daily to help you with your technical issues.
